All our vehicles take the quickest available route at the time of transit. This is determined by current traffic conditions and is made at our own discretion. We will provide you with an "estimated" time of delivery.
Our office will call you at the earliest opportunity to advise you that delivery has been completed and we will provide you with a name of the person who has signed for the goods and the time that it was signed for. If delivery is out of usual working hours then we will advise you the following working day unless alternative arrangements have been agreed.
We ask that you provide the following details at both collection and delivery points:
Customer Name / Full Address / Full Post Code / Telephone Number / Contact Name / Contact Department
We offer a range of vehicles from cars to 4 metre long transit vans. Each job is individually unique and a call to our office will be able to assist you on which vehicle will best suit your requirements.
Again, each job is individual and we will provide you with a quotation before any agreement is made. We take into consideration the size of the vehicle, the loading and unloading of the vehicle and if any tolls will need to be met. Please call our office and we will assist you.
